Mini Quilt – New Mexico

Bob’s first completion of 2011 is a new Mini New Mexico Quilt. The largest block features a bell tower of the well-known church in Ranchos de Taos. Smaller blocks include an Acoma Pueblo home, the Arroyo Seco church and a tipsy view of the Arroyo Hondo church.

Nancy’s Note: As much as I’ve loved the previous “Quilt” paintings I’m really taken with this one. With fewer scenes each one seems to stand out more. Great reminders of many pleasant New Mexico visits.
