This is Colorado
The annual This is Colorado exhibit at the Madden Museum of Art runs January 12 – February 23, 2012. Sponsored by the Heritage Fine Arts Guild of Arapahoe County, the juried show features original two-dimensional works by 80 Colorado artists.
An evening reception celebrates the exhibit’s opening Friday, January 13 from 5 – 8 pm.

Jennifer Garner, Director/Curator of the Metropolitan State College of Denver’s Center for Visual Art, served as juror for the 2012 exhibition. Associate Professor Garner teaches BFA Thesis and Exhibition and has served as juror for numerous exhibitions including the highly acclaimed Cherry Creek Arts Festival.
The Madden Museum of Art is located in Palazzo Verdi at 6363 South Fiddler’s Green Circle, Greenwood Village, Colorado. The museum is open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, admission is free. During the first two weeks original unframed bin works by featured artists will also be available for purchase.
