Kilborn Gallery Show

One of the features of a Stephen Kilborn workshop is a Friday evening show at the Kilborn Gallery in Taos. Each of the participants selects one work created during the week. Kilborn mats and frames the pictures and hangs them in the gallery. Newspaper announcements and ads advise art patrons of the show and reception.

Artists exchange paint-stained shirts for dressier duds. For some this is the first time they’ve had their work on public displayed. They enjoy discussing their work with locals and tourists who drop by during the evening. A delightful conclusion to a worthwhile and fun week of learning, painting and artistic camaraderie.
